Applications for Special Needs Transport 2020 are now open.
The 2020 Special Needs Transport Applications, SNT Guidelines and NDIS Questions are available at the following link:

Please ensure parents have read all the documents thoroughly before submitting an application.
All applicants must be NDIS participants and parents/carers will need to provide reasoning as to why they are unable to transport their child to school
Applications close 8 November 2019. Late Applications may go on a waiting list.
It is anticipated parents/carers will be notified the outcome by the end of Term 4 2019.
