Reaching people who speak a language other than English with vital public health information is essential to protecting our school communities as the COVID-19 pandemic continues. The ACT Government has partnered with SBS Australia to deliver essential information about COVID-19 in Canberra, available on the COVID-19 website.
SBS also have a Coronavirus Information Portal. This includes videos in 59 languages explaining essential health information, and a growing suite of infographics and posters in more than 60 languages, clearly communicating and breaking down key COVID-19 messages The site provides up to date information as well as links to news and reporting from across the world including radio and podcasts. The SBS Coronavirus Information Portal is available at the SBS website.
