At Gold Creek School we are fortunate to have a Defence Transition Mentor on our Senior Campus. The role of the Defence Transition Mentor is assist students and their families to inegrate into the school community and to offer support and advice tailored to meet individual needs. Pre Requisite for Enrolment
When you are ready to enrol your child/ren at Gold Creek School please bring the following items with you to enrolment.
1. Proof of Address - e.g Drivers License, Electricity Bill
2. Birth Certificate, if your child/ren was born overseas please bring their passport
3. Medical Condition Management and Treatment Plan, if neccessary. Treatment Plans are available for download here
4. Immunisation Record
6. Permission to use ICT and Email
